Crown Pointe Estates

This active neighborhood is located in Wildwood, MO about 30 miles from downtown St. Louis, MO in St. Louis County.  The subdivision was first constructed in 1996 and has 175 homes.  Crown Pointe Estates maintains a positive vibe in the area as an active and fun neighborhood with residents of all ages.  A few of the more common neighborhood activities includes an annual block party, Halloween hayride, neighborhood wide garage sales and monthly happy hour events.  The location of Crown Pointe Estates allows it to be close to the city lights but just far enough out to have a clear view of the stars on a calm, cool summer night.

Just across the road from the front entrance of the subdivision is Rock Hollow Trail which is a 2.3 mile walking and biking trail that is part of the St. Louis Great Rivers Greenway project connecting it to the Al Foster, Bluff View, Sherman Park and Zombie trails.  Also, across the street is Ridge Meadows Elementary school, part of the highly ranked Rockwood School District, where many of the neighborhood children attend.

If you are looking for a great place to live in West St. Louis County, then you should stop in and take a look around Crown Pointe Estates.  Simply ask anyone you see for more information.  We are very proud of our community.
